Robert E. Hafer
Thirty-four years as a leader in the homebuilding industry has given Robert Hafer unparalleled insight into new home sales. Since 1994, he has provided sales training, merchandising, and marketing strategy to over 70 homebuilders around the country. He has been a speaker at numerous NAHB Conventions, including the Super Bowl Sales Rally, and is an active member of the Institute of Residential Marketing.
Brenda Lee
NHK training specialist Brenda Lee has more than 20 years of experience in new home sales. Prior to becoming a sales trainer and consultant, she was an on-site sales professional for UDC Homes, Williamscraft and Centex Homes. Ms. Lee is a master at building top-notch sales teams that consistently deliver record-breaking performance. She is a licensed Real Estate broker, a CSP Instructor/member of HBA and a custom homebuilder.
